Our cooking classes are designed to empower you to prepare healthy, delicious meals at home every day. Unlike many one-time experiences, our approach focuses on practical skills you can use regularly.

 

As a certified health coach, I incorporate healthy eating principles and lifestyle tips into each class, helping you build lasting, healthy habits.

 

Each session combines chef demonstrations with hands-on practice, allowing you to watch techniques in action and then try them yourself.

 

Our goal is to give you the confidence and skills to rely less on takeout and make nutritious, home-cooked meals a regular part of your life.​​

What to Expect from Our Cooking Classes

 

Menu Variety: Prepare and enjoy 3-4 dishes, carefully selected based on the theme of the day.

Chef Demonstration: Watch a demonstration from the chef, complete with healthy tips and insights.

Hands-On Learning: Experience a blend of demonstration and hands-on practice, allowing you to observe techniques and then try them yourself.

Class Duration: Each class lasts between 2.5 to 3 hours.

Tasting: Enjoy plenty of food to taste and savor throughout the class.

Cozy Setting: All classes are held in the chef’s home, providing a comfortable and personal environment.​
