Hello and welcome!
I'm Clara, a dedicated natural food chef and certified health coach. My culinary journey began at the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago, where I honed my skills in professional cooking techniques. I later expanded my expertise by earning a health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), specializing in health-supportive nutrition with a particular emphasis on special diets.
My passion for food ignited at a young age, but it was upon moving to the United States that I truly became serious about healthy eating. Witnessing the widespread struggles with weight, eating habits, and overall health issues caused by poor dietary choices, I felt compelled to make a difference. Hosting gatherings at my home and sharing my knowledge of real, nourishing food with others has always been a source of immense joy for me.
Understanding the profound impact that our food choices have on our bodies, I pursued my dream of preparing healthy dishes professionally. While my training at Le Cordon Bleu was not health-focused, it provided me with the foundation of professionalism and culinary techniques essential for any chef. The subsequent health coach program at IIN deepened my understanding of mindful eating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
As a natural food chef, my goal is to help individuals improve or maintain their health through better eating habits. For six years in Chicago, I served as a private chef, cooking for families and individuals interested in healthier eating and those on restricted diets for health reasons. I firmly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all diet. My mission is to assist my clients in discovering their unique path to optimal health.
Now, I am excited to offer health-focused and customizable cooking classes.
