Together, we’ll create a custom menu that suits your dietary needs and tastes, making the experience enjoyable for everyone. Your guests can join in a hands-on class or simply watch a demonstration—whatever works best for your kitchen setup. Each event is flexible, allowing you and your guests to enjoy a fun, personalized cooking experience.

This private cooking class offers a fully personalized experience, tailored to your dietary needs and health goals. Held at your location or mine (if available), it’s ideal for individuals or couples focused on healthy cooking. Whether managing specific health concerns or simply looking to learn, each session is designed to help you prepare delicious, nutritious meals that fit your lifestyle.

• 2.5–3 hours of hands-on instruction
• Prepare 3–4 customized dishes
• Guidance on healthy cooking, kitchen essentials, and easy cooking techniques
How It Works

1. Email Clara (mindfuleatingwithclara@gmail.com) to purchase your session.
2. Schedule a Date: We’ll coordinate an available date with you and send a food questionnaire for you to fill out, so Clara can understand your preferences and goals.
3. Customized Menu: Based on your responses, Clara will create a personalized menu tailored to your needs.
4. Menu Approval & Preparation List: Once you approve the final menu, Clara will send a list of any items to prepare before class.

Rate
​
The rate for private cooking sessions with Clara is $300 for a 2.5- to 3-hour session (1–3 people), and $400 for a 2.5- to 3-hour session (up to 5 people). Groceries aren’t included in the service fee and will be charged separately.
